  Terrible customer service! When a customer ask for extra rice & offer to pay for even though its not a charge for it, they should get extra rice & not be rushed through their order! Worst Chipotle I have ever been to!!

  I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR HERE.! Very rude and disrespectful the workers act like they don't understand the word extra... I always have a problem at this location I will drive the extra 10min to rockside..

  I think this Chipotle is pretty decent. Food is usually pretty good but there are often long lines. Servers are usually fast but not super friendly other than the check out person. Serving sizes vary a bit and I kind of feel like I don't get enough meat for the price. I do like the flavors of the meat though and the fact that they will give you a free tortilla with a bowl. I mainly keep coming back because I absolutely love the corn salsa and the guacamole.
